When you place an order, our system automatically sends the design to our production facility. Your item is printed specially for you, which helps us reduce waste and offer a wider variety of unique designs.
Typically, items take 2–5 business days to be printed and processed before they are shipped. During peak holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Because production begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 2 hours of purchase.

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely. If it still hasn't arrived, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support.
We provide a Size Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring a favorite garment you already own and comparing it to our charts for the best fit.
Most of our apparel is printed using DTG (Direct to Garment) technology, which allows for high-detail prints and a soft feel that integrates with the fabric.
Since every item is made to order, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
