This is etched into the marble of the Dr. Martin Luther King memorial in the district of coumbia.  In the backround is the Jefferson Memorial which features engravings and writings from Thomas Jefferson on religion and psychology.

I happened to stop and peak over my shoulder as I was leaving the Dr. Martin Luther King Memorial and noticed this view.  If you stand just in front of the stone directly behind the memorial and in the entrance you can catch both together.  If they had placed the memorial a couple feet to the right, or the other stone directly behind me as I was taking this photo a foot or two closer to the memorial this photograph would not be possible.  I like to think the NPS thought of every detail and angle imaginable and placed the monuments in the exact perfect spot for the human eye.
