This is a photograph from 1941 and under Public Domain.  I downloaded the image from the Library of Congress.  During the 1930's and the 1940's the Farm Security Administration and War Department hired photographers to document farm life and migration during the Depression.  They were tasked with documenting everyday life in towns all across the United States.  There are over 135,000 images that the public owns and can use for publication.
