Grand Canyon Poster
Grand Canyon Poster
Photographer: Jack Tinsley; circa 1958 on a cross country family road trip.
Recreated and edited as a travel poster in 2022 by Dylan Carpowich.
Last year I scanned a bunch of old family slides and negatives into a digital format.
I came across a guide on Youtube about how to easily create an old school looking travel poster. I thought I would give it a shot with this family classic of the Grand Canyon taken between 1956 and 1958.
I think it gives new life to a classic American Tradition: the Family Road Trip and pit stop at the Grand Canyon.
