Every individual has a unique goal with a individualized endpoint unique to them.  For some it can be be more success and more money but with that comes more problems and a sacrifice of personal time.  For others it can be more time spent with personal family and friends at the cost of upward economic movement.  The important message here is to never stop fighting to overcome the obstacles that are in your way.
