Wells, Henry James, Emerson, Thoreau, Wahington Irving, Melville, Whitman, Howells, John Sloan, and Helen Keller. In New England: Indian Summer Brooks focuses on the New England cultural scene post Civil War examining the life and works of Francis Parkman, the Howells in Cambrdge, Henry Adams, Henry James, Aldrich, Emily Dickinson, and Henry James in England.; no dj ; a little wear on top of spine.
