The idea behind this image in part is to provide a “framework for future discussions” which is a meaningless phrase I heard countless times from being an intern in the California Legislature.  

The frames and borders are interchangeable, the words can be interchanged with other others, but generally the forces of the four boxes all create a clog and traffic jam at the stop sign with a keyword.  The sad part is there is no traffic cop at this intersection to make sure the public walking in one lane gets to go where they want to go and to keep the forces in the boxes in their own lane.  

It all just becomes a jumbled mess of people stuck at a crossroads.  

The way out is to be like NYC locals who tell tourists to “Stay in your lane” 

Eventually things will flow again and be smoother if these forces just stop attempting to force people toward or against whatever the keyword is.
