All Sales Are Final

At Arts by Dylan, every product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in very limited circumstances:

• Printing or manufacturing defects
• Damage that occurred during shipping

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Reporting a Problem

If your item arrives with a defect, printing error, or damage, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following information:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Orders

Production and shipping times may vary for international orders depending on your location. Replacement policies still apply to international customers.
